There are two ways to redeem your Zalando gift card:
• As balance in your account:
Visit https://en.zalando.de/myaccount/giftvouchers/
Enter your gift card's code in the Menu item 'My Vouchers' ('Meine Gutscheine') and click on 'Redeem' ('Einlsen'). The amount will be credited to your account balance and you can redeem it when placing your next order.
• At checkout: You can also enter your gift card code in the voucher field that appears at checkout. Dont forget to confirm by clicking on the button 'Redeem'. The voucher amount is then applied to the total amount in the shopping basket.

- The gift card is denominated in EUR.
- Available in denominations of 5 EUR, 10 EUR, 15 EUR, 20 EUR, 25 EUR, 50 EUR, and 75 EUR.

How fast will I get my code?
Instantly for most products: as soon as the payment settles, the code appears on your order page and in the confirmation email. In rare cases supplier-side delivery can take up to 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency, credit and debit cards, and your GiftyCode balance. Any payment-method surcharge is shown before you pay.
What if the region does not match my account?
A code only redeems in the region shown on this page — a US card cannot be used on an EU account. Check the region badge before buying; a redeemed-elsewhere code cannot be exchanged.
How long is the code valid?
Validity is set by the brand — most codes have no expiry or last at least a year. Specific limits, when they exist, are listed in the terms on this page.
