Ser maior de 18 anos.

Ter lido e aceito os Termos Gerais de Uso e os Termos e Condições específicos para o Cartão Presente.

O cartão é válido para viagens e pedidos de mercado no aplicativo Uber nas cidades brasileiras em que a Uber opera.

Validade do crédito: 12 meses ou conforme os Termos e Condições no momento da ativação, o que for maior.

Não é recarregável (exceto quando exigido por lei), nem pode ser resgatado em dinheiro, reembolsado ou devolvido.

Em algumas situações, será necessário adicionar um método de pagamento secundário para usá-lo.

A Uber não se responsabiliza por cartões perdidos, roubados ou pelo uso não autorizado.

To use the Uber Gift Card, you must have an active Uber account and:

Be 18 years or older.

Have read and accepted the General Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions for the Gift Card.

The card is valid for rides and grocery orders on the Uber app in Brazilian cities where Uber operates.

Credit validity: 12 months or as stated in the Terms and Conditions at the time of activation, whichever is longer.

It is non-rechargeable (except where required by law) and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.

In some cases, you may need to add a secondary payment method to use it.

Uber is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

To redeem this gift card:

1. Go to the Payment section in the Uber app

2. Tap Add Payment Method and select Gift Voucher

3. Enter Gift Code

4. The expiry of the specific voucher will be provided along with the code.

Note: As per Uber’s policy, Codes that belong to the same campaign cannot be redeemed under a single account. Each code needs to be redeemed separately using different accounts.

By using this gift card, you accept the following terms and conditions: This gift card will expire 6 months from the date of activation. Upon expiration, unused funds will not be refunded or credited. This card is redeemable via the Uber or Uber Eats app within Brazil in cities where Uber or Uber Eats is available. The card is non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or replaced, except as required by law, including the Brazilian Consumer Law. No change will be given. You may be required to add a secondary payment method to use this gift card with the Uber or Uber Eats app. Lost or stolen cards will not be refunded or replaced, so treat this card like cash.
