How to use the certificate in the online store www.komus.ru:
1.Start placing the order as usual.
If you are placing an order as a legal entity, select "Personal order" on the first step of the order process.
If you are placing an order as an individual, your name will be listed as the payer on the first step.
On the second step, select "Delivery."
On the third step, select the payment method "Cash on delivery." In the pop-up field, check the box next to "Payment with certificates" and then enter the card/certificate number (13-digit number) and the code (6-digit code).
If the purchase amount in the "Komus" online store is less than the certificate's face value, the remaining balance will be kept as unused for the next purchase in the "Komus" online store (not refunded in cash).
How to use the certificate in a "Komus" retail store:
The certificate must be shown at the checkout on your mobile device screen; printing is not required.
The certificate can only be used once by the holder.
If the purchase amount in the "Komus" retail store is less than the certificate's face value, the difference is not refunded in cash, and the certificate is considered fully used due to technical limitations in the "Komus" retail store software.
