Invoices using E-Vouchers can only be exchanged for products of the same price, exchanged for products of higher price, or exchanged for products of different sizes , but no returns. Exchanges only apply to products with intact labels or unused products.
Use concurrently with promotional programs at the Store, depending on Decathlon's specific policies from time to time.
E-Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Customers will not be refunded the remaining amount if the value of E-Vouchers is greater than the total invoice value.
Customers will need to make additional payments if the total invoice value is greater than the value of the E-Vouchers.
Customers can apply up to 5 E-Vouchers on one payment invoice.
Not applicable to third-party products that are partners of Decathlon Vietnam, such as Nutrition Depot, Garmin, except for Gu Energy products distributed by Decathlon.

How fast will I get my code?
Instantly for most products: as soon as the payment settles, the code appears on your order page and in the confirmation email. In rare cases supplier-side delivery can take up to 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency, credit and debit cards, and your GiftyCode balance. Any payment-method surcharge is shown before you pay.
What if the region does not match my account?
A code only redeems in the region shown on this page — a US card cannot be used on an EU account. Check the region badge before buying; a redeemed-elsewhere code cannot be exchanged.
How long is the code valid?
Validity is set by the brand — most codes have no expiry or last at least a year. Specific limits, when they exist, are listed in the terms on this page.
What if my code doesn’t work?
