Không áp dụng e-voucher cho khách hàng mua hàng số lượng lớn (khách hàng sỉ)
E-Voucher được áp dụng cùng với các chương trình khuyến mãi khác của BigC bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn chương trình tích điểm, trừ các quy định khác của BigC (nếu có)
E-Voucher không được quy đổi thành tiền và không hoàn lại tiền thừa, giá trị đơn hàng phải lớn hơn hoặc bằng giá trị e-voucher (nếu giá trị đơn hàng lớn hơn giá trị e-voucher, khách hàng phải thanh toán thêm phần tiền chênh lệch).
BigC không hoàn trả e-voucher cho Khách hàng trong trường hợp đổi trả hàng.

The maximum payment value allowed with e-vouchers per invoice will vary depending on the supermarket and the time.
BigC e-voucher codes are not applicable for wholesale.
An E-voucher can be applied with other promotions of BigC, including but not limited to loyalty programs, except for other regulations of BigC (if any).
BigC e-voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash, NO refund. Bill value must be greater than or equal to e-voucher value (Consumers may pay the extra if they over-use the value of the BigC e-Voucher code, if necessary)
BigC will not refund e-vouchers to customers in case of product returns or exchanges.
Multiple E-vouchers can be applied to one bill, but no more than 30 e-vouchers (regardless of value) per bill.

How fast will I get my code?
Instantly for most products: as soon as the payment settles, the code appears on your order page and in the confirmation email. In rare cases supplier-side delivery can take up to 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency, credit and debit cards, and your GiftyCode balance. Any payment-method surcharge is shown before you pay.
What if the region does not match my account?
A code only redeems in the region shown on this page — a US card cannot be used on an EU account. Check the region badge before buying; a redeemed-elsewhere code cannot be exchanged.
How long is the code valid?
Validity is set by the brand — most codes have no expiry or last at least a year. Specific limits, when they exist, are listed in the terms on this page.
