You can redeem the eGiftCard for merchandise at any Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta location, including Outlet and Factory stores. Additionally, you can redeem the eGiftCard online for merchandise at gap.com, gapfactory.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com, brfactory.com, and athleta.com.
If you return merchandise originally purchased with an eGiftCard, any refund will be issued in the form of a plastic gift card issued by DCS, which can be used at any of these stores or online. Purchases will be deducted from the eGiftCard's balance until it reaches zero. Please note that the eGiftCard may not be used or redeemed with certain promotional offers and may not be applied as payment on any account. You cannot use an eGiftCard to purchase other eGiftCards. The card's value may not be added to; you need to purchase a new card for additional value. It is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and is limited to use in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The eGiftCard is void if resold or transferred for value.
